Parts Production Order Picker- Somerset, WI

Schwing Bioset, Inc. (located in Somerset, WI) is a pioneer in developing high performance material handling solutions dedicated to serving the wastewater, mining, and industrial markets with specialized pumps and engineered solutions in wastewater treatment plants, mines, dredging, both US and international markets. SBI is seeking a Production Order Picker to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Primary responsibility is to select and organize parts for production in the warehouse.

· Support Production Technicians by delivering/returning stock parts needed to complete work order changes.

· Review and Prepare Goods for shipment (Per Final Shipping Checklist).

· Assist in some assembly work.

· Review daily shipping requirements and related schedules as necessary to ensure familiarity with shipping requirements and international orders.

· Prepares shipping schedules, bill of lading, and related records and correspondence required to provide efficient and timely shipping of spare parts.

· Assembles crating and related packaging for product shipments, making such decisions based on the nature of parts to be shipped.

· Works closely with other parts employees in coordinating daily pick-ups of completed company products.

· Assists in tracking lost packages as required, locating such packages and expediting delivery.

· Select warehouse parts orders, communication and collaborate with warehouse employees, and complete other various tasks as requested.

· Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies, procedures, and work rules.

· Must Have High School Diploma.

· 2+ years’ experience in a shipping & warehouse environment preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or ERP system.

· Competency in parts, customer service, and/or construction schedules and practices preferred.

· Mechanical/construction/concrete background and the ability to understand hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems a plus.

· High attention to detail.

· Proficient in planning, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills are essential.

· Excellent organizational skills who can multi-task under tight deadlines.

· Self-starter with great attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced team environment.
